Who are you, and why are you writing a blog?
Howdy, my name is Zach Weber, and I am your tour guide for this blog. A while back a few of my friends/ co - bloggers decided that instead of ranting to ourselves about all things Mets, we take it public and create Under the Tressel. The Purpose of this blog is simple, to allow an outlet for outrage, disgust, happiness, and any other feelings we have towards the Mets, and sometimes baseball at large. We are usually a fun and little eccentric bunch so I hope our writing will show that. As for the name, it’s a rather simple story. As much as I love the Mets, I will not pay $50 to park, so instead we park under the tressel, in neighboring Corona Park, and walk to the game. I hope you enjoy our writing, and feel free to contact us and leave comments.
